I've had 2 cars over the past 6+ years serviced by Gil and his crew, and that is 3 too little (the other 3 cars are no longer with us due to the poor choice on my part NOT to bring them to him and his crew). Their service and concern to get the job done right, and explain it completely to the customer is unmatched/unrivaled; they have the OEM Guides thru a 3rd Party Service, and also have a symptom search, labor guides, parts ordering and billing all in "One" (pun intended Gil) to make things go smoothly, efficiently and without fail. I've spend $1000s in service and have found all he and his crew's work and service WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT! They have saved me threefold from going to the dealership, while still keeping with OEM Parts (Mazda and BMW) to help with my resale values should I choose to sell them. I've read the negative reviews, and personally, they come from people who wants things on the cheap; there are cheaper alternatives, but you'll be going back religiously and not getting the right work done at the right time. Gil's Automotive Service Center gets it right, puts in an honest day's worth, and clearly explains anything and everything that has to be done, while giving ME the FREEDOM TO CHOOSE what work to be done, and when to have it done.
